The Official Digital Asset Library for the Syngas Project Ecosystem
Welcome to the Syngas Project Digital Asset Library (DAL).
The Digital Asset Library is the official repository for every approved corporate asset used throughout the Syngas Project ecosystem.
Its purpose is to ensure that every publication, website page, presentation, technical report, proposal, animation, illustration and AI-generated graphic presents a consistent, accurate and professional corporate identity.
The DAL is the single source of truth for all approved digital assets. Every asset published within this library has been reviewed and approved for corporate use.
What is a Digital Asset?
A digital asset is any approved file that represents the Syngas Project organisation or one of its technology platforms.
Digital assets include, but are not limited to:
- Corporate logos
- Platform logos
- Brand icons
- Hero graphics
- Diagrams
- Technical illustrations
- Flow sheets
- Process graphics
- 3D models
- Colour palettes
- Corporate fonts
- Templates
- Infographics
- Animations
- Approved AI prompts

Each approved asset is permanently registered within this library and allocated a unique Asset Identification Number.
Why this Library Exists
Artificial Intelligence can create remarkable illustrations, diagrams and technical graphics. However, AI image-generation models may recreate or approximate corporate logos instead of using the official artwork.
The purpose of the Digital Asset Library is to remove uncertainty.
Every approved asset is stored once.
Every designer uses the same approved asset.
Every AI workflow references the same master files.
This ensures that Syngas Project maintains one consistent visual identity across every publication.
Asset Management Principles
The Digital Asset Library is based on five principles.
1. One Asset
Every approved logo exists only once.
The master version is the only version that shall be used.
2. One Identity
Corporate branding shall remain consistent across every publication regardless of who creates the artwork.
3. Version Control
Every asset is allocated:
- Asset ID
- Version Number
- Approval Status
- Date of Issue
- Asset Owner
4. AI Ready
Every asset stored within the Digital Asset Library is intended to support modern AI-assisted content creation.
Rather than recreating corporate graphics, AI systems should reference the approved assets contained within this library.
5. Long-Term Consistency
The Syngas Project ecosystem will continue to grow.
The Digital Asset Library provides a permanent structure capable of supporting future platforms, products, technologies and publications while maintaining one consistent corporate identity.
Mandatory Rules
The following rules apply to every digital asset published by Syngas Project.
Official logos shall never be:
- redrawn
- recreated
- approximated
- recoloured
- stretched
- rotated
- cropped
- simplified
- substituted
- replaced with AI-generated alternatives
Official assets shall always be inserted from the Digital Asset Library.
Artificial Intelligence Policy
Artificial Intelligence is encouraged to assist in the creation of:
- scientific illustrations
- process diagrams
- engineering graphics
- background artwork
- molecular graphics
- infographics
- educational material
- conceptual illustrations
Artificial Intelligence shall not recreate or redesign any official Syngas Project logo or registered corporate asset.
Official assets shall always be inserted during the final design stage using the approved files contained within this library.

Asset Register
Every approved asset is assigned a permanent Asset Identification Number.
The Asset Register forms the foundation of the Digital Asset Library and provides version control, ownership and approval status for every corporate asset.

Asset Usage Standards
Every digital asset contained within the Syngas Project Digital Asset Library shall be used in accordance with the following standards.

| File Preference | SVG where available, otherwise transparent PNG. |

| Attribution | Assets remain the intellectual property of Syngas Project unless otherwise stated. |
| AI Graphics | AI may create illustrations and backgrounds but shall not recreate official logos or brand assets. |

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Design Standards
The Syngas Project Digital Asset Library has been developed to support AI-assisted content creation while protecting the integrity of the Syngas Project brand.
Artificial Intelligence is encouraged to accelerate engineering, scientific communication and technical illustration. However, AI must always work within the approved corporate identity defined by this library.
Every AI-generated publication shall comply with the following standards.
